A little help for your listening room

A release wasn't found
Try searching by artist and album. A barcode may identify a release that's missing from the metadata catalogue. You can add your copy by hand, then choose or photograph its sleeve.
Your collection isn't syncing
Check that you're signed in to iCloud, have an internet connection and have available iCloud storage. Open Track Record on both devices. For a shared collection, make sure the invitation was accepted by the intended Apple Account. Export a full backup before changing accounts or leaving a collection.
Manage or restore a subscription
Open Settings in Track Record, then the subscription sheet and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. To cancel billing, open the system Settings app, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. An eligible one-month trial renews into the annual plan unless you cancel it.
Back up or move your collection
Open Track Record Settings → Import & export. A CSV moves your catalogue data. A full backup also includes removed records and saved sleeve photographs. Review an imported file before approving it for your collection.
Recover a removed record
Open Settings → Recently removed and choose Put it back. Removing a record doesn't immediately erase its history or exclude it from a full backup.
Camera or microphone access is off
Open the system Settings app, find Track Record and enable the permission you want to use. Barcode scanning and sleeve capture need camera access; identifying a song needs microphone access. You can always enter a record by hand.
